BOOKING POLICY
CUSTOMER CARE
Greetings returning and new prospective clients. If you are not aware, I am a mobile mua only. Meaning, I perform my makeup applications at my clients' desired location. If client wishes to come to my location for makeup services, please notify me immediately after booking. A travel fee is involved if client lives 10 miles away or more. Travel fee price, if applicable, will be discussed upon booking. All additional fees are due at the time of service. If I am attending to you in an area where you have to pay for parking, then parking reimbursement is required.
When it comes to booking, please reach out with any questions or concerns. I am always here to help. Please note that my books are open two weeks at a time. To book 2 weeks or more in advance, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. Get in contact via email or phone for further instruction on this matter. When booking your appointment, please share any known allergies or sensitivities of products you can not have on your skin (this can be done in the "add your message" part of the booking form). Clients receive a touch base when booking is confirmed.
Be ready to start on time for your appointment. Please be considerate of my time as I may have other appointments after you. Always have a clean/fresh face for sanitary reasons and for the best results when it comes to your makeup application. Wanting to book outside my working hours is subject to a fee (inquire for more info). PAYMENT is due IN PERSON and must be received immediately after completion of service. It is vital to keep an open line of communication. Appointment will be CANCELLED after 15 minutes of no contact upon my arrival.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Rest assured your information is safe. Necessary personal information such as your name, contact details is collected to provide makeup services and product purchases. This information is used for appointment scheduling, customization, record-keeping, and communication. Personal information is not shared with third parties without consent, except for necessary sharing with vendors or third-party service providers (like payment processors) or when required by law. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information and to opt out of marketing communications.
Rest assured that sanitation and hygiene practices are followed, including hand washing, disinfecting tools and products between clients and using disposable applicators. Services may be refused to clients who appear ill or pose a safety risk. Clients are asked to cooperate in maintaining a safe environment by minimizing unnecessary touching, practicing good hygiene, and assuring pets are secured away from service area. PPE like a face mask is worn by me at all my appointments for my protection and yours.
